Looking for a new sound-system set up, I could google forever but personal experience is always best.
Well for computer / gaming I use my DPX 21. The digital processor box is basically useless in my understanding. Because they recommend to have the bass down all the way on it, then on the actual headset I'm at half and some games that is overkill.
For television we have a BOSE system with an ONKYO receiver. Shit blows you away playing BF3.. Especially when rolling around with a tank.
Honestly I Have just started to get around to educating my self about good audio systems.. Especially those for cars.
Computer, TV and iPhone are quite different things really.
TV, you can spend a lot on this really, to give you an idea my sound system was over a grand and I could have gone a lot higher than that.
Computer, you can get some pretty good and cheap active monitors. I quite like the studio sound speakers, but it all depends on your price. We could be talking a pair of logitech 2.1 or a pair of KRK's?
iPhone, well your best thing is obviously the dock and there's some good and reasonable priced ones out there. I personally have a Philips Fidelio, was about £60 and has a great sound for something so small, also can be used with batteries for about 8 hours.
TV: Ultra Linear Tower and Shelf Speakers. Bose Subwoofer. Pioneer 5.1 Amplifier. They are different brands and stuff but they work really well together.
Computer: Logitech X-530 Speakers Set. It's got great value; the set is exceptionally good considering that I got it for only $50.
