I bring to you a simple question; What is your dream job?
I'm currently in my dream job, if you can call it a "job", I see it more as a hobby. As some of you may or may not know I play professional football (soccer if your American) for Fulham Football club. Me and my team-mates had this discussion on the way back from an away game, and pondered the question, If we didn't have football, what would we do?
I'd hope to be an author or Child psychologist; I'm an educated footballer, not all footballers are idiotic, speech slurring buffoons. When I'm not training, I attend A-level classes at a college. ; I achieved two A's and a C in my January exam's, my two A grades coming in Politics and psychology, my C coming in Mechanics.
Recently I was offered a professional contract at Fulham, something I accepted without hesitation. I play football FULL time, and A-level's are very much out of the window, considering I could be making TV appearances in the next year or so, but I still want my A-level's and the opportunity to further a career after football.
Your dream Job? What is it? Would you do it for financial gain, or would you do it out of passion for the thing you love?
My dream job would be to become a mortgage consultant. I love talking to people and setting ridiculously high goals. But for right now my part time work is legit, I teller and make good money on the side while I'm going to school.
I currently work as an intern at my university's IT Help Desk
As long as you're not one of the IT assistants that doesn't know a thing about computer unless it's on the screen in front of you it's all good. Nothing worse than phoning up your internet provider and asking them a question and they're like "I'm sorry sir I do no know the answer to that", yet it's usually an easy question such as "Where is the start button located?", jokes, obvs, but still easy.
I'm training for the RAF Regiment. When I apply, I don't know yet, but I still have a lot of fitness work to do.
