I think Zimmerman or any other person who killed somebody should be charged with either manslaughter or murder. This is justice only because Zimmerman had the choice to pull out his gun. He could've easily taken the kid to the ground.
That kid was a football player, a big guy.
I'm a big guy, 270lbs, I have about 50-60lbs of excess fat on me, if I lined up with a fully muscular guy weighing about 220, I can easily be beaten due to the fact that balance, strength and such isn't something I completely have.
I've faced people who are 50+ lbs under me and they take me to the floor without any issues. Size and weight has nothing to do with ability.
Before you say anything there, there are 5ft 4in police officer women who take down 300lb dudes. Your case of overpowering is nothing.

What isn't looked at is the fact that there has been a lot of crimes occuring in the area, people are being mugged, put up at gun/knife point and so they enacted the stand your ground to let people fight against that.
Zimmerman should have backed down when the person on the phone told him not to follow but he thought he was doing the right thing. This kid could have easily over powered him, what keeps coming back is "Did he reach for the gun or not". If he makes any attempts for the gun, that itself puts zimmerman at risk because the kids intention has suddenly come to, "I am taking that gun" and zimmerman doesn't know what the kid will use it for or if he even will use it.
It's a difficult case but it's funny, everyone only points the fingers at zimmerman and his past, yet no one ever looks at this kids past. There are reports coming out about his past and apparently, he was a bit violent, his size from where he was to where he got in a short period of time simply shows he was taking muscle pills. I shouldn't have to explain the side effects of muscle pills towards how you act if taken improperly.
I honestly think that zimmerman is not guilty of anything as he was in self-defense but I do believe he should have listened to the dispatcher on the phone and not followed.

What I'm getting at is that if first responders reported it, they cannot be biased for the fact that every medical treatment and injury has to be documented. So therefore they cannot lie, as it's part of their job.
I'm also curious why the media is altering recordings from dispatch etc. I'm not saying that I'm pro Zimmerman or pro Trayvon, I'm just curious as to why the media is trying to cause a racial segregation and are being biased in the case. By that why are they leaning to one side, it's not like that can't post unbiased information from both sides of the case. That's just my opinion though.
You are also forgetting about his broken nose. You don't need to bleed to break a nose.

The media is altering the recording to spark controversy to keep this issue going because they have nothing else to report on. The more they feed off of this, the more money they make and the less "REAL" news they have to focus on.
