(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); ok, i have 33$ and trying to buy something from a person and when i try to send money it said You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money. I am trying to send 31$ whats wrong.

Hmm are you sending funds via the send money tab on paypal, or via a paypal checkout on a site?
