She was married to the current queens doctor. It was known that she was unable to get children. Also one of the first victims had an affair with John Williams, Lizzie's husband. Seems like a motive eh? And apparently there are loads of other leads traced back to Lizzie

Read about this the other day. Could have been her, could not. Would explain though why no body found the killer if they were looking for a man.
