Ummm wow. It should be up to the kid, but since it normally happens as a baby they don't have a say. Plus when they are newborns it's not as bad since they have tiny you-know-whats-its. So if they waited and let you decide later when you are mature it would hurt loads more. Plus it should be done anyway since if you leave the foreskin there it can lead to infections.

They totally should. It's their child. Children are to able to function properly at birth, the parents either want yellow stuff to grow around their son's penis or don't.

I think they shouldn't have thier childs foreskin cut off. If they have problems, yes, but they shouldn't cut it off for no reason.

I don't think they have any right. If it was done to a child of about 13 withOUT the child's consent I'm sure something would be done. Should be left until later.
