(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey I've been interested in learning french,german, and japanese recently.I was wondering what would be the best way to go about learning a new language.Ive heard Rosetta Stone and Tell me More are good.But I just dont know.Any advice or some tips from someone who has had a similar experience would be great.

PS:Im already fluent in English and spanish.16 years old

my uncle used rosetta stone to learn french. he loved it and said it was put into very simple ways of learning. so i would reccomend that!

Depends on how well you want to learn a language. Rosetta stone is ideal if you're going to travel to a country with a different language and want to communicate with the locals on a very basic level (ask simple questions, etc.). It doesn't go into grammar/syntax very well so if you want to seriously learn a language you'll need to spend some extra money to take classes.

como y cuando aprendiste espanol? de nacimiento porque tus padres son espanoles? aprender un idioma no es tan facil, incluso si ya sabes 2 idiomas porque no creo que hayas aprendido espanol en el colegio..por eso no creo que sepas lo dificil es. La unica manera de aprender otro idioma perfectamente es estudiar en el pais en que el idioma se habla. Hay que pasar por lo menos un ano en el pais tambien, para que puedas entender todo y para que estes acostumbrado al idioma y al accento

ps: He aprendido espanol, frances y aleman. Espanol es mi peor idioma pero no creo que sea malisimo, porque entiendo todo. Pase dos anos en francia, 5 meses en espana (estoy en sevilla ahora mismo) y 2 anos en alemania. Y solo tengo 16 anos And english is my first language

pss. No recomiendo que hagas Rosseta Stone, es una mierda xD...confia en mi..no funciona para nada

What's sad is that I can read about 60% of Spanish shit I see because of 2 years of Spanish in school. I can hardly even formulate a basic sentence in Spanish though. My speaking = horrible, writing = horrible, reading = decent. Aha. I need to learn Spanish.

I've heard good things about Rosetta stone, basically it's a great way to familiarize yourself with a language at a basic level, classes would be the best way to actually learn it or get a book on the language and start from page 1. Usually there is about 3-4 different levels of books, starter to advance...

I'm planning on learning Russian and Spanish eventually. Spanish first, mostly because I'm tired of being out of the loop with people because so many people around where I live speak Spanish... (Heavy amounts of Mexicans immigrating over here).

Russian because I think it would be cool and we get Russians here quite a bit to work, speaking with them would be awesome.

well basically what I said was that the only real way to learn a language is to study abroad in the country that speaks the language..if you just study and take classes you won't be able to understand anything even if you can write/read. I've spent 2 years in germany,france, and 5 months in spain. After 5 months of exposure in spain I can understand almost everything =D and my german and french are flawless. And btw rosetta stone doesn't work it's a shitty ass scam, I don't recommend it :n:

The best way ? I guess its go there and live there for a long time in France or Germany or Japan if you wanna pick up the language fast and their accent .

you can learn language by taking a course , watching and listening to french movies or music but won't be enough to pick up the accent and speaks fast and more fluent .

Honestly the BEST way is to be in an enviorment where you are surrounded by the language. Thats how I learned English. otherwise just use rosetta stone. I heard that works well

entonces, como aprendiste ingles? por estudiar o simplemente porque vives en california? Si ya has aprendido una lengua por estudiar, es mucho mas facil.
