I am afraid there are only very few YouTube View bots in the world, most of which are owned privately and are custom coded, the price if you could convince someone to sell one to you would most likely be in the $1000's

In order to like a youtube video, you need a verified youtube account, the bots are easy to get, but the accounts are not I'm afraid,
