What's up guys I've always wanted to make a thread like this. I'm pretty good at CoD I hold a 7.00+ k/d on all cod games. Many people have asked how I got good and I've thought about it and thought I'd try help people who're trying to get better. (I know people have done this before, but I wanted to do my own

)
1) When you join a game, always mute everyone in the game. If people trash talk you and you're like "what a bitch I'm going to completely destroy him" You'll try to hard and get very frustrated.
2) Turn vibration of.
3) Sensitivity, find a sensitivity that suits you. (When I started playing PS3, My friend put it on 10 so I've always been used to insane sensitivity I use 8 now, It's much easier.)
4) Learn the maps, spawn points, rush spots, frag spots, head-glitches, they all give you the advantage.
5) Figure out your playing style, Rusher, Defensive, Objective player ect.
6) Adjust yourself to the maps always. Try learn every detail about the map. I always have my back towards like a wall or something, behind a truck, anything. I've adjusted myself so no one can get behind me. (Giving me the advantage)
7) Always play with at least 1 or 2 people. If you like to win I suggest a game mode like Search & Destroy with 6 people. If you're more into getting kills with a pretty fast win I suggest TDM with a 3 man party.
8] Sniping. Sniping is SO much easier than using a reg gun. I was a quick scope kinda guy for MW2 days. When black ops came out and I used reg gun, the fact I could quick scope helped me be so much more accurate.
9) Use the worst guns first. For example, if you use a PM-6 I believe It's called for about 3 weeks. Become amazing with it, learn the recoil, control the fire-rate ect. Using a gun like an MP7 will cause no problems at all.
10) Drop shotting, people call it a cheap tactic but I use it to my advantage in 1 to 1 gun fights. Some people don't know what to do with drop shotting (Drop then shoot, shoot then drop ect) I prefer to hip-fire and drop at the same time, and as I'm dropping down aim in.
11) The radar, the radar is your best advantage. Even without a UAV you can still roughly tell were people are. I've learned this over years of playing call of duty, you get so used to it you don't need a UAV. If you look at the radar, and you see that your team are all roughly at one area of the map, the enemy aren't going to be there, go to a spot were your team aren't, the enemy team are most likely spawning there.
12) 2 perks to always use. I recommend to always use Assassin & Scavenger. Assassin (we all know why lol) and Scavenger purely so you can't run out of bullets.
13) Reaction time. Over an experience of playing you will be able to get a fairly good reaction time, I am so fragile while playing, One bullet and I would've already turned round, drop shotted and most likely killed the enemy.
14) DON'T EXPECT TO GET GOOD SO FAST! If it wasn't for Blackops ghost fags, MW2 noob tubes, CoD4 mp5 juggernaut, W@W mp40 juggernaut. I would be shit. You need to take a pounding first before getting good.
Hope this helped. I wrote this of the top of my head and I hope It helps anyone.
~If anyone wants to play anytime my PSN is in my signature.
