eBay probably, you won't know with Wal-Mart or retail stores because they could be on any firmware. :p

Your best options depends on where you live. If there is a used game store( not gamestop) nearby they will have one, but it can be expensive, amazon is also a good choice be sire to read descriptions. Contact the sell also they will provide more info. Ebay is good but can be troublesome to get one. Craigslist I would avoid, it isn't worth the hassle.

I got mine off of eBay, that's probably your best bet.
