There's nothing you can do, without a warranty. You could try to get them to feel sorry for you at Best Buy or something.

Best buy has a reputation(well with me at least) that they won't even exchange items even with the bought warranty and less than 30/60 days. They always tell me "Geek squad has to try to fix it and if they can't within a month they exchange for a refurbished one." I never trusted best buy. There items always seem to break on my all the time even with intensive care!

It annoys me that people even buy Dr Dre beats in the first place because they're nothing more than a fashion Item, if you compare them to other Headphones in the same price range there appallingly bad. Honest it's a good thing yours broke don't waste money on them again. Get a fairly good pair of Sennheiser headphones.

Also "Young & Reckless" Is Chris "Drama" Pfaff your boyfriend?

Just go to best buy tell them they don't work. Bring proof of purchase. Some stores will give you new ones or store credit. Make sure to be nice. I had headphones and I didn't buy warranty after like 3 months they stopped working and I went to best buy and they gave me new ones. Tell them they just stopped working all of sudden and you been super careful with them.

Just explain that they are not fit for purpose as you have paid a lot of money (ripped off if they are authentic beats) therefore you expect them to last a considerable amount of time.

A couple weeks ago my friend ran into this exact problem he didnt have a warranty either. He told me all he did was call up monster and tell them what happened and he sent them in and they gave him a brand new pair. Hopefully I helped you!

You can just email monster about it and they will fix it for you since they have 1 year warranty on them man. Screw Best Buy's 60 day bullcrap policy
