Why I ask is because my Mum is married to her husband, and I was going to ask his niece out on a date, she think I'm hot too, would this be weird? It's not like we're blood related but she is my little brother's Auntie
Biologically speaking, nothing wrong with this relationship. Socially it's a little a taboo but it also depends on whether your family is alright with it, so get their take on it.
