(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So if you have seen The Amazing Spiderman or know about the film you will know that Spiderman is now played by Andrew Garfield instead of the Tobey Maguire that we all knew as spiderman all those years ago.

I just want to discuss what you feel about this new actor and how he fills the boots of this incredible role.



For me at first I thought that a role like this could not be filled by anyone else but after seeing the film, which in my opinion was amazing and Spiderman has been one of my favourite superheroes, I thought that he played the role in a whole new different way.

As you may or may not know the film follows the storyline of the original comics.

Now the thing which makes me prefer Andrew over Tobey is probably greatly down to the film itself rather than the acting, and the thing I enjoyed most about the film (without giving anything away) is that If you remember spiderman 1 Tobey seems to catch onto the use of his powers pretty quickly and if you have seen the amazing spiderman you will know what I mean by Andrew grows into the role.

Overall it was a great film and Tobey Maguire was going to be a tough one to best but I think Andrew Garfield has done it perfectly.

Well Andrew really suprised me i just wished he was a lil bit buffer in this instead of being really really skinny, and this film followed the comic books real unlike the first spiderman and explained more. Andrew played a tremedous role and followed it well as we all know unlike tobey webs never came from his hand, he made a machine what shoots it out. Tobey was just just not right for the role i wouldnt talk about Kristen Dunst but i really enjoyed the amazing spiderman to me Andrew was way better than tobey and showed more moviesentual.

I believe andrew suited the role better than toby, but then again the first spiderman with toby were quite good, but 2 and 3 where absolutely crap to be fair.
