However, the fireworks show in San Diego was a little shorter than expected. The Big Bay Boom fireworks show was supposed to last almost a full 20 minutes. But due to a malfunction, all the fireworks went off in about 15 seconds! I don't know about you but if I was one of the thousands of people there, I would be highly upset. One tweet summed up the disappointment many felt: "I waited 3 hours in the cold and paid $12 for parking and got one little explosion?" Clearly it was a catastrophe of a birthday ending for Mother 'Merica. Here is a video showing the fail.

That's crazy.. Where I'm at, a building caught on fire from the fireworks :carling:

i didnt see it as a fail. (i mean, they obviously messed up, BUT it was better than most fireworks around town.)
i was near it, it was awesome.
