I've created a Chrome extension that you can download and add to your browser. Below is a screen capture of what it looks like installed. Installation is three simple steps (see below).
Installation steps:
1) Download extension file (You must login or register to view this content. | You must login or register to view this content.)
2) unzip the download
3) Open Chrome
4) Drag the saved Chrome extension (.crx) into your "new tab" window

When I try to download I get an error 'Apps must be served with content type application/x-chrome-extension'
Any chance you know how to stop this?

Try this You must login or register to view this content.. That error message has to do with the source download.
