I've had quite a few panic attacks last one I had though I was gonna pass out and had pins and needles in both hands while feeling really Ill and dizzy, personally at that point death seemed nicer than having to put up with feeling like that, but the panic attack left after about 30 minutes and I felt fine again after.

I had a panic attack the other day. I fall down the stairs damn that hurt i went all drizzy , sick and light headed thats the first ever time i had one and i DONT want another one
