I usually play demolotion. Or domination...

I use to rank up like crazy in demolition until they fucked the spawns. Now Search and Destroy is my game type. You will rankup quickly if you average 4-5 kills a game.

Any recommendations like camping/rushing?

If you are just starting off playing S& and you don't know the hotspots I would rush and find the spots with most activity then after you get to know the spots camp some, then after you camp and get to know the S& spots even more do a little less camping and just progress through the maps slowly.

SnD on a double xp weekend using a token for double xp = INSANE quad xp. 2000xp per kill, 4000xp per headshot, 4000xp per bomb plant & defuse.

Can easily get 40k to 65k per game.

I'd say (HC) Search n Destroy. Especially if you can get a good team going.
