I have a PS3 Slim in 4.20 OFW and I want to get back to 3.55 to install a CFW so I can put my custom patches and stuff in.

I've heard that you can't downgrade a PS3 that had 3.55+ when you bought it, is that true?

When I bought it, it was on 3.65

So, what do I exactly need for downgrading my PS3 if possible?

I know that I need a E3 flasher and an E3 card reader, but I don't know anything more... :/

Your PS3 won't work since you said it was manufactured with 3.65 FW on it.
