Just a few ways to make yourself feel better and basically you will be happier. Everyone loves confidence, but no everybody possess it. When your confidence is on a high you perform and what better way too do it then in the workplace or even in school.
7- Know about daily news and happenings in the world and your local town.
Get more interactive with the internet news-wise. If you know whats happening in government or what the total destructive damage from the hurricane in Indonesia was it can be a better conversation starter. Twitter is a useful way to do this by following big news teams and websites that get stories first.
6- Your Diet.
Believe it or not that way you eat and what you eat can increase your confidence immensely. Your brain has a chemical called serotonin in it, the more serotonin the more people feel relaxed and want to tackle challenges more. I good source of serotonin is chicken, cheese, nuts.
5- Know you look good.
A fresh haircut or shave can do you the world of good. Obviously you cant do this daily but with a bit of gel and a quick shave every 2 or 3 days to spruce yourself up. You will feel great.
4- Know you're well dressed.
If you dress like a mess that's how you feel. So wearing casual clothes and clothes you feel comfortable in is a big help. Lighter colour shirts make you look larger while stripe shirt elongate you're body.. so choose wisely.
3- Know your limits.
Writing down your goals in life can be a great way to achieve them but also if you don't achieve them can be a 'Boost Knocker'. So break these goals into smaller goals and work from there.
2- Know you smell good.
Nobody likes a bad smell or even worse likes to hang around with one. Putting on deodorant daily and even putting a little bit of aftershave on even before you go shopping can be a huge confidence boost.
1- Know you can talk to anybody
The ability to talk to other people can be a ginormous confidence boost. This can again be brought back to number 7 'Know about daily news and happenings in the world and your local town.' Once again can be a great confidence starter and also can be a great way to make new friends. Obviously know what you're talking about before you start ranting.
