I'm buying 1 month of runescape membership for 12m, on one condition.

I transferred 30m to my F2P account, and all my money is stuck on there, but I don't losing 12m to get 18m back.
So basically, I'm going to need to receive the pin/code first before I'm able to pay anything :L

If someone can help me here I'll be extremely grateful

lolwhut? if you have RSGP on your F2P Account, you can pay 12m with your f2p account, then receive the pin and add that pin to your P2P Account..
