(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); The length of this whole guy is like the size of my index finger which is around 4 inches long. Anyway this bitch is huge. What is the name of this bug?

I believe that bug is a variated species of a DragonFly.

From your pic it looks like it lost its tail, that could explain it falling into the pool. Happy
