There is no downgrading from the xmb or any program installed via CFW. It isn't as simple to downgrade like that and it needs extra hardware to be attached to the PS3 motherboard that will dump and flash the NOR with an earlier FW, etc.
Then explain why it works?

only stupid people would buy this guys fake jb. If he is selling it then every1 should no he doesn't have the 4.00+ keys also dont buy from some1 who has no history on the ps3 hes done nothing because he fake
