Post: Have you had this virus?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So i have a computer virus and i would like to know if anyone has had it and knows what to do. I got it from torrenting, but what happens is that when i turn my computer on it goes into system recovery mode trying to fix the computer's errors. It finds no problems, but when i try to restart the computer, the same thing happens and it's an endless loop. Has anyone had this before? I had the same thing happen last year and i had to reformat the hard drive :/ If you've had this and can help that would be great!

Since you cannot get to your computer to startup you will have to re-install windows. If you don't have the recovery disk but have another PC which I assume you do because you made this post but then again you could be on mobile. Anyways from that other PC torrent off of TPB windows 7 and there is software to either use a usb or just burn it to a disk. Hope I helped. If you have any other questions feel free to ask Smile.

Do a barrel roll!
Nothing can happen. Best bet is to take out HDD and get your stuff extracted, then format the computer. Gotta look for good torrents my man.

So i am on the virus laptop now, but I had to press F8 while the computer was starting and then go to "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement, and after doing this like 3 times, it lets me on Smile I have norton antivirus and i have run 2 full system scans and it has found no trojan virus :/ even though when i booted up the computer and logged in and little bubble popped up that said windows partially removed a trojan. My parents know that i got this virus from a torrent, so i don't think they would be too happy about me pirating windows 7 :p but i remember from last year when this virus happened that every time i tried to reinstall windows 7 my laptop would crash. But who knows, maybe it will work this time. Thanks for replying!

I recommend trying Malwarebytes before fully restoring your computer.
