(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys, I just moved into college and whatnot and I went to download from Thepiratebay and it goes into uTorrent and it just doesn't download. Think my school might of blocked it? I googled it and other people said the same things happening to them. I figured between the smarts of NGU someone could figure this out, I also don't wanna go to the tech support and be like hey for some reason I can't illegally download music on your campus, what's the deal with that?

Worth the Weight
They're probably blocking the ports that are needed. There's no way to bypass this I believe, as you can't take control of the router in order to open the ports that are needed for uTorrent. But you could actually pretend to be downloading something like Ubuntu via Torrent from the official website (It's 100% legal) Then you could actually call tech support and plead that you need to use this (or make up some bullshit) and that you really need to download this. Although it probably wont work, it's worth a shot.

But when you ask them to open the port, they will most likely monitor the data that is passing through it, and you could get caught.

When you say router, do you mean like a linksys router? Just a regular wireless router? because if so there's one hanging on my ceiling.

The Low Key OG
still the same OG, but I've been low key
Use a seedbox to FTP them to your HDD.

Buy a VPN and torrent through that.
