Time cannot be measured in distance, and I have no idea where you're getting that number from.

Not sure,one site measures it in milliseconds, not mph.

That just provides the amount of time required for someone to process an image. The statement you initially made was about the speed of thought: a distance over an amount of time. What was your source for that? I can't convert time/operation to time/distance.
