Well, I haven done subjects and predicates in a long time. So, my guess would be this bit,"you".

Edit: Read other post and forgot about some things. Lol, technically the direct objects are door and window as they are receiving the action close/shut. The subject would be "you".

It's an imperative sentence, subject is You, verbs are shut and close, and the direct objects are door and window.

"The" is an article, not a modifier. A modifier would be a participial, appositive, or absolute phrase.
