(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi,

I am posting this question to see if anyone out there can help me get a 6pack and bigger arms. I am an average 20 year old male from the UK. I am on a diet which is:

9am - Porridge
12pm - Scrambled egg on brown bread
1.30pm - Handful of nuts and seeds
3pm - Chopped veg and steak
4.30pm - Handful of nuts and seeds
6pm - Tuna pitta with mayo and salad
7pm - Handful of nuts and seeds
8pm - Fish and vegetables

Can somebody please tell me if this diet is ok for me to achieve my goal and what exercises I should be doing? I also have a protein shake that I can take however I am worried that if I do not do the right exercise I will just be putting on fat.

Thanks

You need to be eating at set intervals. Eating every hour from 6 up isn't good, try have at least 2 hours between snacks/meals. Mayo is very fattening, so watch your using an extra lite one. Your best bet is to join a gym, but there are home exercises. Take a protein shake in the morning, after workout and at night. A lot of exercises can be found on body building . com but I'll list a few here for you.

Crunch, Air Bike, Cross Body Crunch, Butt Ups, Alternate Heel Touches, Bent Knee Hip Raise.

There's no point having bad ass abs without a nice chest, so work on that too.

There are many different diets , you have to try and experiment with different types and see what works for you , the most important things are you get enough protien in your system , about 7-8 hours sleep and excersie hard ,, leave it all in the gym

First of all, you need to join a gym. If you are serious, you can find a person at the gym that will help you out and set up a plan for you. You won't see results immediately.

Work one section of your body each day, not everything at once.

Remember: Cardio = Burning fat and trimming yourself
Weight Lifting = Expanding muscle fibers and beefing them up.

We can't directly tell you how to do it because we don't know what your body is like. Some people can't develop a 6 pack.

Talking to someone who has learned about it at your local gym: Best idea.
