You hit the nail on the head. That pretty much sums it up for me. Way too many immature people nowadays. The worst part is that they try to act all sophisticated and intellectual but under their fleece they are really immature and aren't that bright.

There are some excellent members of staff on board but there are also some retards and not all staff try to improve the site some are just here for their own reasons not for the sites benefit.

There were better members a year ago, the average age of staff seems to be around 5. I'll admit, there are some great mods, but I won't mention names. I hate how mods and staff get away with anything, yet a normal member will get guested, also, the ass licking and cock sucking done by some members to get staff or to be promoted in the higher levels of staff, is ridiculous.
