I would buy my mom a new car. I'd snag myself a 2013 GT-R and most likely head to AMS and get the car built. I have a friend in Chicago as well so I'd buy him an Evo X MR. From there I'd buy my other friends in North Carolina plane tickets to Chicago and we'd party and race all night. The rest, I'd either save or invest some of it.
