Some things I would do better, not getting into depth
- New Smileys lol
- Get into the youtube side more
- Have like weekly/monthly prices

Maybe get everyone involved in different sections of the forums, I know for about 3 months straight i would just look around in the MW2 hacking section.

Not sure what I would do. I would probably start by posting more often. Making the Administrators post on a daily basis. Now I know that the majority of the posting is suppose to be done by the members, but I think that the Administrators should really post more often.

I would also ensure to start replying to Site Introduction on the site and welcoming new comers. I would also have suggestions be either approved or denied with in 72 hours of the post. I would also make sure there are a lot of YouTube videos regarding game reviews being posted on the Channel, and just tons of stuff. The more videos, the better.

I would do a lot more then that, but how do I know? I have never ran a site as big as this one before, and as far as NGU has came, I would say that the Administration (AKA Mangment) are doing a damn good job. So, there wouldn't be a whole lot I would change.

Go back to the old premium membership and make sure the staff was getting something in return for their work. I would give them the opportunity to make either more or less money though by the amount of work they did during the week/month.
