Nothing happens for me (or anyone else) after death because the brain is no longer functioning. You are a who you are because of your memories and experiences. This all exists because of the firing of neurons in your brain and as soon as the brain dies, you die with it because you are the brain, there is no "soul." I can personally attest to this because I was dead for 2 minutes. There was no white/yellow light, it was utter nothingness. I can almost compare it to sleeping, you fall asleep and wake up hours later not remembering anything, or the time that past. That's exactly what it felt like for me. All I remember was my vision going dark, a slur of hearing and then immediately waking up.

Woah!! i watch a docamenty on death and they said right before you die your brain release a ton of some chemical which allows you to dream and you get soo much of it :"your life flashes before your eyes"

That's very possible but that wasn't the case for me, maybe because I was bleeding out and stuffs.

I think it is due to dec 12, coming close. Everyone is expecting the world to explode,so they get morbid.

That or they cannot find anything to occupy their time.

Yeah I do think about it sometimes. I personally think that you just die and that's it. It's like sleeping and not dreaming at all. You don't exist anymore, so it personally does not scare me a huge amount. However the pain and suffering that my friends/family would endure would bother me a lot.

I don't believe in that bullshit. Maybe it's because im depressed suicidal kid Thast not doing to great and likes the idea of death... But who knows....

Yeh it is bullshit,but you know how many are. Hear one doomsday story, next thing it's true.
Everyone contemplates death at least once in their life, mainly we have yet to convince anyone to
come back and tell us about it.
