This month is Cancer Awareness month and I decided that I would like to share my story with you. August 15, 2008. My grandfather’s birthday. The day my mom told me my dad had cancer. I thought, why me? Why my dad? I asked, “Is he going to die?” With many prayers from family and friends and with the extraordinary care he received from The Cancer Institute of New Jersey, he is alive. He is here to be my mentor, to go to my football games and to play video games with me. Unfortunately, not every kid whose parent has been diagnosed with cancer has been as blessed as I. I am very lucky to have my dad. The cancer he had is very rare and it is like a chance winning the lottery. I recently started a program to collect video games for money straight to CINJ to find a cure for cancer. I so far received $2,600 in the past month on donations! If you would like to donate, please send me a PM and I would be happy to link you to the page! Cancer is horrible and needs to be taking care of. Feel free to share your story. **This thread is not meant for jokes**

Glad to hear that your dad made it. I've recently picked up web design. So if you need an official website for your page to receive donations, I would be happy to do that for you at no charge.
