Hurah!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey ngu, I was wondering if anybody had any info on how i can gain more weight. I weigh 170 and need to get to 185. I eat a lot but it doesnt seem to be helping. I also lift weights regularly. My bench max is 255.

Continue lifting and take in a lot of protein. If you really want to you can purchase some weight gaining supplements.

You're Goddamn Right
if you weigh 170, you should be eating at around 3000 cals per day to gain weight. Aim to gain 1lb a week and decrease/increase cals until you achieve this.

You say you are eating a lot, which could be hurting your goal. Eat bigger meals less often. Eating constantly will keep your metabolism higher meaning you will burn more calories. Doesn't mean to eat fattier foods just bigger serving sizes during meals.
