Obama DOJ destroyed Megaupload!

Kim Dotcom is the founder of Megaupload the FBI with the help of DOJ and New Zealand authorities seized my files and anyone else who had big megaupload accounts. They didn't get the power from congress via SOPA, PIPA, ACTA. So I will be voting for Romney who supports none of these measures.

I can't begin to understand the reasoning behind "X does this badly so vote for Y". Y, in this case Romney would do just as badly. They're both atrocious presidential candidates and just to clarify that the weakness of one candidate is not to the strength of another.

1. Voting on this issue alone is not a good thing
2. Obama is against SOPA and PIPA
3. Obama didn't shutdown MegaUpload, the Justice Department did

Just because it happened under the President's watch it doesn't mean anything. If the Supreme Court ruled that guns were not constitutional you wouldn't put him on that.

Now I'm not supporting either side, simply pointing out that while the video has a descent tune, it's just propaganda.

If Obama was supporting SOPA and PIPA, he would've closed all the famous torrenting sites and not just Megaupload. e.g. ThePirateBay.

Voting for Romney just because of this makes you all the biggest single fucking idiots in the world. (not you gut I quoted. :p)

Romney is bad news for America.

You need to see what each candidate stands for and base your decision off of that, base off what you believe in.

I'm voting Obama. I don't want to see this country move backwards, and take rights away from people.

Romney party supports far worse measures........
Obama is only following them because he can't unturn them due to congress

Both sides hands are tied due to lobby groups Smile
Both are as weak as each other

That is a very different bill. I'm not a fan of that bill, but that isn't the matter on hand. The way to get those bills shot down is by making it to a party's platform to stop them, which is difficult. If enough people are in favor of it then it will most certainly pass.

Now in terms of Romney vs. Obama I don't like either choice. Obama is a huge politician, he knows what to say and when to say it but when it comes to legislature he tends to go about it how he wants to. Foreign affairs he's done fairly well, minus current events. Romney will go about things economically in ways I don't really prefer, and seems slightly more trigger-happy foreign wise.

Side Note: Romney also supported the NDAA

Side Side Note: You should go on Skype more often Winky Winky
