Through some skeptical referee calls, a little bit of skill, and a whole lot of faith, the Irish have come out with a win over Oklahoma 30-13. This is a huge win for the Irish as they continue to go undefeated, 8-0. As for Oklahoma, this is a huge loss as it is only their second loss at home, the first being to Kansas State earlier in the season.

Notre Dame has always been a good team, but I didn't expect them to beat Oklahoma.

Neither did I. I've been watching Notre Dame football for 10 years but I've only recently started paying attention to stats and formations (I'm 15.) I honestly expected Oklahoma to win by 6. Everyone else favored them 14 points over ND. I was shocked when ND started to pull away. Needless to say there was massive celebration after the game. I figured that home field advantage Oklahoma had would crush ND, but by the end of that game, every OK fan was silent. I actually heard ND cheers instead of OK cheers. Truly amazing game.

I didn't get a chance to watch the game because I was at the Alabama vs Mississippi State game but I have heard a lot about it, I checked the score on my phone and was surprised that they won by that much. But just hope Notre Dame doesn't have to play Alabama, we don't want to embarrass them. :lol:

Lol. Trollololol. In all seriousness, although I believe Alabama would easily win, this coming from a huge Notre Dame fan, I think the Irish would put up at least somewhat of a good fight.

well i honestly dont think notre dame is that good, good but not that good. Credit to notre dame though they played harder and just wanted it more and i really realized how Manti Teo is such a monster. Maybe its their year because of him but next week in baton rouge will be a HUGE game and im sure most people think bama will win but remember its in death valley (lsu hasnt lost there since 2010) and lsu has had 2 weeks to prepare while bama will be coming off what actually was one of their best competitions all year.

Yeah, it should definitely be a good game. If we had a bad day then we could be in shit neck deep. Were either going to play Kansas State or Notre Dame though. Either one should be a good game.

For sure. Me personally though, I would love to see Alabama vs Notre Dame. It would be a game dominated by defense, which is the best kind of game.
