How are you going about starting a network?

I don't understand what's involved with making a new network lol.

Nice man. I've always wondered how people start networks... I'd assume you'd have to handle it like a business of some sort mainly because you contract people to work for you so it has to be legally binding etc. But I just don't grasp the concept of how people and groups with less than 1000 subscribers can make a network... anyway best of luck to you and your network.
