As for the actual question, I assume you're talking about strips then... you can get liquid LSD too you know although it does lack some things the strip has... well usually :p

its the liquid, i mixed it with water, and its in a bottle now, do i just squirt it on my tongue?

Since you are taking direct doses all you need is 1 drop to do the trick. But you know. you can take 9 doses for all I care thats your choice. But you only need 1 drop.

You're only supposed to take it in very, very small amounts. A tab of acid is only a drop I believe. I don't know how much you got in liquid form, but don't do it all at once. Lol. I've never done it myself, but I've done research.
