New School

Hi NGU! Whats our favourite style of music for our genres? Is it the Old school 80's-90's music or the new 00's-present music? whether it be Rap, Rock, Dub step, Opera ANY.

You can tell in todays music there is a huge difference between the quality of tracks being released nowadays to the 90's. Especially comparing Old school rap/rock to New school rap/rock. [/SIZE][/B]

So cast your vote today and lets see whos the winner out of the two! =][/B]

I have a very wide music taste. I live for old school rap like Tupac, Eminem, Biggie etcetc. But giving the fact I'm also a vocalist for a new age genre which is a form of heavy metal (Deathcore) and have been in various bands.

Personally I enjoy listening to Old-school rap more though. However, theres nothing I hate more than shitty comercialised chart music. /facepalm

Im a rapper myself and no point making music that sounds likes its from the 90's or going back in time. We are in 2012 near 13 and we have to move forward with the times and make music that suits our time!

Indeed you do but as an artist you must also do music that suits you and what you're passionate for. Smile

Can't beat the old school. Raekwon, busta, Black Moon, A Tribe Called Quest, method man, Biggie and Pac... The list goes on . Can't stand much new school though. Only new school I listen to are Nas, Smoke Dza and Drake (only listen to him because he's from my hometown. Hate all the rest of those young money fags).
