I completely forgot about it and just looked at it and thought this would be a great chance to reflect on what I have encountered on this site on the time I have been here. I'll just start off by saying that I have met a lot of great people, some that I've had the misfortune of losing contact with. But of course with all the good apples there's a few bad ones in the batch. However with both all the good and bad apples I've seen/met within these four year, I've tons of great memories. And I'd like to thank all my close friends and companions on here. Also, as the years have passed the site as a whole has changed tremendously, some for the better and also for the worst. Mainly for the worst. Back in 2008, the first year of NGU, everyone was very close with each other. NGU was like a little family, everyone was looking out for each other. Now, most are just in it for their own gain. It's somewhat disappointing that with nearly 700,000 member we have less than a thousand that actually contribute and interact on the site. It is my hope that the site soon has some sort of spark, like when the challenge lobbies were released. This would get the site moving and people would have a better time. For the noobies that are reading this, I'm not as active as I once was, so its up to you new guys to spread the word and help this site evolve. NGU is blessed to be one of the best gaming communities on the net, we need to keep it that way. I'd like to thank everyone that read this, and for a great 4 years. I hope many more with come.

congrats, i shall never celebrate my ngu anniversary, i don't want to remember the bad times everyone remembers me by.

ngu still is kinda like a family still just one big dysfunctional family. i try to stay active but all people ever come and ask is for mods and 3/4 of the sectional are dead, lucky if they get a post or 2 a day tbh. your correct we do need a spark.
