I have a treadmill but I recently moved into an apartment and can't use it because of the disturbance it causes to our neighbors. Do you have any good machines that I can use on my apartment without disturbing anyone and stay fit/lose weight?

They're a little outdated, well, by that Mean you don't see much of them anymore. You could try a ski machine or an exercise bike. They're a lot more quiet than a treadmill. Only downside is they're a tad bulky :/ (at least the ski machine is). Hope this helps ^_^
