That response is typical of what a new member receives from members that have been around awhile here.
I thought the question was a good one and did not deserve that kind of response or that your response was worth the thanks it got from some Og's and former staff.
If we can't be tolerant of new members and their questions, or be willing to help out the new guys and build some relationships here, we will always have a active base that is far below our total membership.
I have seen countless new members abused for innocent questions and driven from the site by troll comments and getting negged for posting in the wrong section by people like you and those that thanked your post.
We were all new once and there is nothing wrong with tokinz thread on asking who you remember most when starting out here.

Garf paid for my premium. I'd been around for a while before that though. Apart from that, everyone was a dick. That's just the nature of the interwebs and life in general. People are dicks to those outside of their group. Although, I didn't really help myself by having a dislike of HSx9 before everyone realized he's a dick. It's pretty hilarious that I have an infraction for insulting him
