(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Yeah I know this is a gaming forum full of guys who fap alot :carling: but I was wondering if any of you guys workout.I go to the gym for about 4 months,in the first place I got there just to build a six pack but then I wanted more so here I am after 4 months just started to get some whey protein.

You don't need supplements to achieve anything, diet is everything, supplements speed it up a bit and give you a pump for your work out/help a bit in recovery.
If you eat well, and with that a lot of protein you should be able to easily get your goals reached, supplements are expensive as I'm sure you know, do you have a current diet you stick to or are you just eating whatever and hoping protein shakes will save you, as that is not the best mindset haha

I'm a bit overweight, started the gym last year, had no idea what I was doing, lost a bit of weight but not that much, got tired of it, started eating whatever I felt like again and put back the weight. Started again 2 weeks ago (after about 10 months of not working out) and just working everything and doing cardio, I have a terrible diet in terms of I literally don't want to eat much vegies/meats etc so I do take meal replacement shakes or just protein since I can't get it naturally, along with L Carnitine for energy that I just started, when I lose the weight I can focus on building up muscle, as both can't be done at once or you end up f*cked

So in short: DIET IS EVERYTHING, you could already have that all set out etc but if not, I strongly advise you to start figuring that out, and do more research rather than just bodybuilding.com

get below 10% body fat to see them, 6% to make them pronounce, if you cant see them already stop doing heavy weights just focus completely on high intensity cardio and very high rep weights till u drop to atleast 8% then "bulk" when u reach that start eating ALOT of protein and calories (good calories) also suppliment your shakes with creatine, creatine gives u superior bulk and seems to give a faster recovery time, its all about the body fat % [ATTACH=CONFIG]20811[/ATTACH] you want a body like that? dont we all?... hate to spoil it but hes on steroids, cut and bulk is the only way to go, also tailor your excersises to yourself i cant and no1 can tell you whats best for you but i can tell u what works for me

as you know free weights are far superior to machine weights you engage more muscles than you would on a machine but machines are great for isolation training

unless you go on roids you wont have that body for atleast a couple years with roids it can take at little as a few months

Edit: You must login or register to view this content. i HIGHLY reccoment the fat burner and the pre workout mix from grenade i use these with every workout now i dont know how i managed before with the pre workout mix u could easily add another 15-20KG to your bench and 3-4 KG to your curls and flys

Actually, I was super obese back in the day, and managed to drop over 120 lbs. ( From 290 at 5'8 to around 165lbs~). Right now, I'm just looking to drop my body fat to around 13 so I can go on dat dere dreamer bulk. Happy

I do lift around 4-5 times a week, and I do cardio each day. I'm on a caloric deficit so I'm just lifting to maintain.

Dude, seriously you have no idea what you are doing. I'm not trying to offend you, all of us have passed through that phase when we started. I've seen lots of ripped guys who said they could have been way better right now if they searched and listened to advice when they first started.

Since you are already using BodyBuilding.com, check out the workout section there, and stick to all pro's program or SS routine. ( If you can't find these, PM me and I'll link you).

If you aren't comfortable with these above workouts, go to "pick up a plan", and you should find decent workouts there too. Another tip is AVOID anything you hear at the gym, even from personal trainers. Broscience will get you no where.

Steroids are only needed if you are looking to be IFBB Professional. ( and they aren't worth it in the LONG run)

If you the average joe and do steroids, then you are a complete moron.

Jealousy will never let you succeed, you do know that this is interwebs, where people can get all kinds of pictures to post on a forum and you sir are a fail who keeps asking for people's pictures knowing you can just get it from the internet, you never know if it's real or not. You could search for a picture but facebook photos won't come in search engines.

Keep your workout routine simple. for example: pull>legs>push>rest>repeat or upper body>rest>lower body>rest> repeat
