We're trying to gauge if vBookie is still a popular feature.. we understand some of you still enjoy it but we have to look at it in proportion with the entire user-base and decide if it's still used as much as it once was and is worth keeping.

Please vote in the poll and we'll make a decision that we feel is best for the website and its users. The results of this poll (yes to no ratio) will not make up our decision in its entirety, as although I would expect it to favour 'yes' (as the people who would bother voting in this are likely to be in favour, those who aren't are just disinterested) it is more of a matter of how many people do.

Well, we've been telling users for a while that the only way to gain vbux is through vbookie. Maybe it's not the desire for vbookie but maybe the lack of desire for vbux after all of the changes it's gone through. They are both linked so if you remove vbookie, there must be some change with vbux value since the only real way to obtain it after vbookie is from other users, posting threads, and the lottery from vbplaza which nobody really uses either if it hasn't been already trashed.

Valid point, suggests you never need to promote anything. Shall we be expecting to see that Elite banner on the home page taken down?

Well that's different because the money from Elite supports the website. The more Elite makes (i.e. the more we advertise it) the more we can make improvements to the site.
