Well nothing has been released minus some hardware rumors on the following, except the Ouya. I also don't consider the Ouya a competitor although I may buy it.

I think I will be getting the Xbox 720 and then either the Steambox or Ouya might get a PS4 at some point as well it depends. Most of my friends are currently on Xbox I'll probably get the new Xbox at midnight of release. I'll just go into Bestbuy and ask if they will take vBux, just say I'll give a lot. All i'm hoping is that in the ps4 you can carry over your account with platinums and stuff.

I won't be buying a new system for another 6 years. Not about that 600 dollar price tag.

Only information out right now is on ouya won't be a hit unless it gets good glass roots support.
Steambox is interesting and bit weird valve is following the trend of the current consoles. What has me worried is the fact it's meant to use a controller , sort of wanting a box with mouse/keyboard support. Valve has a lot of explaining to do but it's a game changer for the PC market.
PS4 has to upgrade PSN to xbox standards or be the same price as xbox.

Most likely going to get an xbox as more mates are on xbox now. Hope that stupid DRM is ditched next generation and we are given more freedom.
