NEXT STEPS FOR THIS ORDER:
1) Print the packing slip and dispatch the item:
On the “Manage Orders” page, click “Print packing slip” to print a packing slip. Dispatch the item using any carrier and method you prefer. Use the “Shipping Settings” feature to customise your delivery options. To learn more, search for “shipping rates & settings” in seller Help.
2) Confirm dispatch:
On the “Manage Orders” page, click “Confirm dispatch” next to this order and enter the delivery details. Once confirmed, the buyer will be charged, notified that their order has dispatched, and your seller account will be credited. To learn more, search for “confirm individual shipments” in seller Help.
3) Get paid:
The disbursement of funds in your seller account to your bank account automatically takes place according to your disbursement schedule. From the time a disbursement is initiated, it can take up to five working days for funds to be available in your account. Make sure your bank account information is up to date to ensure there are no delays. To learn more about your disbursement schedule and when you will get paid, search for “getting paid” in seller Help.
But I can't seem to find the 'manage orders' tab. Help me!

Btw you can skip step one because I do it all the time on eBay and just message the buyer yourself..but I don't know the other steps sorry
