I am 186lbs right now at around 11%. Cut starting in 6 weeks.

PRs
DL: 405lbs x 2
Bench: 265lbsx3
Squat: 285lbsx3

Started lifting heavy in November 2011 at a starting weight.... 164lbs at around 13% BF.

Shiver, when you on a bulk your body fat percentage does not go lower and you can't put on 30 pounds of muscle in 2 months. lol

And yes, you can. Losing BF % is all about diet. And when you are new to heavy training, it is not unheard of to be able to put 15-20lbs of lean muscle on your frame in 14 months. It is all how your own body is composed as well.
