A chav is like yes I suppose you can say douchebag, they walk around in all designer merchandise (Nike,Adidas,Puma) and often have a cigarette at the side of their ear, I guess I wouldn't know what a chav would look like in America as I am from Northern Ireland..

Yeah I know a few of those types of people lol. Canadian chav's are a breed of their own. The Animal planet should do an expose on the chav. It'd make some big bucks.
