This guy is hilarious! And honestly those first two women overreacted, and then the lifeguard being a douche was ridiculous. With his bodacious threat about calling the cops was a bit out of line, he should know that there is nothing wrong with filming in a public place, and for a matter of fact you wouldn't need anyone's consent unless you are filming them on their private property.

Then those last pair of women... honestly if I was the guy I would have called the cops for that and pressed charges since spitting on someone is considered criminal assault and civil battery. And in honesty it wasn't expected in modern day society, especially in a society where there is a lack of respect for others, but yet people who show no respect are the ones whining about not receiving any respect, go figure.
