So a couple of weeks ago I moved from the city Montreal, Quebec. Me and my parents moved to this a small town named Mansfield. I was always a lonely kid as a only child, I had no brother at all.. So a couple of days after I moved to our new home in Mansfield, as usual we go meet our neighbors, most of them were old folks except for the house on the left. It was a casual family with one child just like me. So when we got there my parents started speaking to Michael and Rachel (Mother and Father’s name.) They told me to go see John in the living room, their son. I go in the living room and he’s there watching TV.

We start talking and he says to me “Hey Alex, do you like video games?” as every other kid I replied “Yeah, video games are great!” so then we start talking about how video games are made and how he used to play a lot of video games, so then he asks me “Alex, would you like to buy all of my video games? I need the money to go to college.” I replied “How much for the games?” “100 dollars” he said, “I’ll take them.” So I bought about 53 games for 100 dollars, not to bad. About a week later the local news came on, I was really into what happens in the day and age of today, so I sit down in my living room to watch the news, there was a murder in Mansfield… John killed his mother and father while they were sleeping and then shot himself in the temple with his father’s gun. I couldn’t believe why he would kill his parents then commit suicide? I mean I only knew the kid for 1 week so I couldn’t really know why. I don’t understand why a 17 year old getting ready to college, getting ready for a future just do something like that.

Anyways, I started playing some of his games, some had weird drawings on the back of the cover of the video game, it says “THE FACES, THE MASKS. PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE” and another game case, this time written in lower case “I will listen to yous, I shall command yous, I shall kill.” When I read that I started trembling in fear. I couldn’t believe he was influenced of killing people, could of he been insane, or was it actually people? Who are yous? All these questions unanswered leaves me wondering… Ever since the events have happened I’ve been paranoid, I have the feeling I’m being watched, I have the feeling I’m not alone in this house, I have the feeling I have a pair of eyes looking up on me while I walk in the street. I just don’t know what to do, I will check every back cover of the games to see if there’s anything more….
