(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok guys, so today I have started the 60 day Insanity Workout Regime and Diet!!
Below I will be posting daily as a little diary of how things are going!!!

Along with the workout I will be sticking to a healthy balanced diet of around 2000 calories a day.

Why I am doing it: Last Year I was in my 5th consecutive year of Rugby, and was in great form and shape. But sadly I was injured and have been waiting for surgery for nearly a year now and haven't been able to play since and I have decided that I need to do something to get back in to shape!

Starting Measurements (23/05/2013):
Age: 17
Height: 1m 76cm
Chest: 93cm
L Bicep: 30cm
R Bicep: 31cm
Waist: 84cm
Hips: 94.5cm
L Thigh: 49cm
R Thigh: 50cm
L Calf: 37cm
R Calf: 35.5cm
Weight: 74.6Kg
Body Fat: 20.26%

DAY:
1. Fitness Test: A fitness test is done 5 times through the regime to track progress. The Fitness Test was killer, forget starting off slow! From Day 1 it's clear to me that my abilities and limits will be pushed to the max. It was hard but I came out with around average starting results for the test.

2. Plyometric Cardio Circuit: Day Number two. So after yesterday I was thinking things went well. I had kept to my diet and was around 175 calories off my goal of 2000 in 5 meals! The Circuit today was really hard. As I expected but it was still a shock to the system. Things are going well!

3. Cardio Power and Resistance: Did todays workout after a good 4 hours of skating (it was hot aswell) and it was really hard today, I felt tired and groggy but ah well. I was able to finish it so it's all good.

4. Cardio Recovery: Today was actually really nice! No cardio just muscle physio work to recover! Also I have put around 3kg on which means muscle is starting to build up!

5. Pure Cardio: Hardest Yet!!! It was really hard today, around 20 minutes of full on cardio exercises with no resting time! Killer!!

6. Plyometric Cardio Circuit: Back to the first workout today, again it was hard especially after 5 other hard days! Working hard, seeing a small difference in body shape, diet going well!

7. REST DAY!

8. Cardio Power and Restistance: Getting back into it was very hard today after a rest! But went alright
